A reminder that Registration for the 2025/2026 Season is now open! Please consider registering now as we have an Early Bird Special that ends at the end of the Tournament. Here is some important information to know about our upcoming final weekend of the Tournament:
AWARDS CEREMONY
Within the next few days, an agenda of the Awards Ceremony will be provided so families can plan out their day. The Awards Ceremony is scheduled for March 9 at 6:30 to 7:30pm. All medals, individual awards, and team awards will be given and recognized then. Please note all teams in Mites and Junior Squirt will receive medals, and the teams in the Division Finals will receive medals in the Youth Divsions: Senior Squirt and above. Additionally, we will be providing a free league gift to all players that attend. So please consider showing up to the Awards Ceremony! RAFFLE
We invite you to come by and take a moment to check out the amazing Raffle “baskets” created with donations from our generous sponsors.
This year we have 3 ‘baskets’ valued at around $1000 each! All details can be found here.
These Raffle Packs can be viewed in person at the lobby at Burnett starting on Saturday morning. The winner will be drawn at 5pm on Sunday. Sales will close at 4pm.
50/50: Live Now!
We are pleased to announce the launch of our 2nd Annual RCFHA 50/50 Online Draw. Tickets may be purchased through the link below or by scanning one of the QR codes throughout the gym and lobby area. You can participate from anywhere, even if you can’t make it in person. Simply scan the QR code posted at the event, or click the link below to enter. You could be the lucky winner of a big cash prize while supporting our fantastic players! (This link can be shared with friends and family within British Columbia and over the age of 19.) 50/50 will be for sale online until 4pm Sunday and will be drawn around 5pm. CONCESSION: Open 9am-7pm Saturday and 9am-4pm Sunday
Our helpful volunteers will be happy to help you fill your belly, quench your thirst or spike that blood sugar for some extra energy! We have chips, candy cups, pop, Gatorade, water, Freezies and pizza. Please note pizza will be available Saturday evening and Sunday late morning/early afternoon only. KRISPY KREME: Available starting Saturday at 9am until our limited supply lasts! Come and grab some fresh Krispy Kreme donuts! $15/box or $2 each.
FOOD TRUCK: Saturday 10am-2pm
We are happy to have CultivATE Food Truck join the celebration on Saturday from 10-2. Come by and sample some of their yummy food options. The menu will include, hot dogs, hamburgers, tacos, fries and more!
PLEASE REMEMBER THERE IS TO BE NO FOOD OR DRINK CONSUMED INSIDE THE GYMNASIUM (water in closed bottles only). We will have the game being shown outside on TV in the foyer, so you won’t have to miss the action!
