• Equipment Manager - Manages and organizes the distribution and return of all gear. Purchases new gear as required. Responsible for keeping the Equipment Locker organized and clean.  

Delivers Formal Warnings, Suspensions, etc., records player Accumulation of Unsportsmanlike and Roughing Penalties, and forwards Appeals to the President. Head of the Disciplinary Committee.

• Director of Player Evaluations - Manages player Evaluations including, recruiting volunteers and assigning jobs, and creating player scoring system. Head of the Evaluations Committee.

• Director of Coaching - Recruits, assigns, and oversees all coaching operations, supports new coaches with detailed practice plans, conducts Mid-Season Coaches Evaluation, relieves coaches when necessary, and strengthens player development by attending practices.

• Division Coordinator: Adult - Forms teams based on evaluation scores and requests, takes inquiries from players, parents, and coaches within their assigned divisions. Responsible for ensuring Team Parity is met by attending division’s games, facilitate trades (if necessary), manage and promote Affiliate Player system. Works with the Head Coordinator on all team-building processes.

• Gym Coordinator - Liaises with City and School District to book gyms for all league games and events. Coordinates and assigns coaches to practice gyms, manages cancellations and reassignments. Head of the Facilities Management Committee

• Assistant Equipment Manager - Oversees purchasing, organization, and distribution of jerseys and medals. Responsible for keeping the Equipment Locker organized and clean.

• Referee-In-Chief - Trains, supervises, schedules and handles payment for referees.   Head of Rules Committee.

• Secretary - Takes and posts all meeting minutes, organizes online records, sends league-wide emails on executives’ behalf, and assists other executives as required.

• Director of Grants - Seeks out and submits Grant applications.

• Sponsorship Liaison - Develops partnerships with companies within our community to secure monetary and prize sponsorships/donations for the league.

• League Liaison - Acts as a liaison between coaches/parents/players and the executive. Relays concerns from the membership to the Executive. Head of Sounding Board.

• Director of Social Media - Responsible for advertising and running all Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Assigns photographers as needed. Collaborates with Webmaster. Head of the Digital Marketing Committee.

• Director of Event Management - Plans non-game related events including the Salmon Festival, Block Party, Photo Day, Tournament, Executive Dinner, and other events as they arise. Head of the Event Operations Committee.
