This is a reminder of the Extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday May 7th 2026 at 7:30PM at Burnett Secondary School.
The purpose of this meeting is to revisit our current bylaws and vote on amendments recommended by the executive (notice and agenda attached).
There will be no voting of directors during this meeting.
Please note this means the Adult Competitive Drop-in session is cancelled for that day.
If you are interested in attending, please ensure you arrive no later than 7:30PM to allow time for registration.
