Spring Programs – Youth (2026)

  • Mini-Mites

    Mini-Mites Program (ages 4 – 5)
    Where: Burnett Secondary
    When: Saturdays – April 11, 18, 25 | May 2, 9, 23, 30 | Jun 6
    Time: 9 AM to 10 AM
    Costs: $40 for 8 sessions 

    This program is for players to develop their floor hockey skills through fun, safe and high-energy activities. Players will work on stick/puck handling, passing, and shooting along with mini-scrimmages. Most importantly, to have fun and develop teamwork and good sportsmanship skills. 

  • Mites

    Mites Program (ages 6 – 7)
    Where: Burnett Secondary
    When: Saturdays – April 11, 18, 25 | May 2, 9, 23, 30 | Jun 6
    Time: 10 AM to 11 AM
    Costs: $40 for 8 sessions 

    Players will work on stick/puck handling, passing, and shooting through scrimmages. Most importantly, to have fun and develop teamwork and good sportsmanship skills. 

  • Junior Squirts

    Junior Squirts Program (ages 8 – 9)
    Where: Burnett Secondary
    When: Saturdays – April 11, 18, 25 | May 2, 9, 23, 30 | Jun 6
    Time: 11 AM to 12 PM
    Costs: $40 for 8 sessions 

    This program is for players to develop their floor hockey skills through fun, safe and high-energy activities. Players will work on stick/puck handling, passing, and shooting along with mini-scrimmages. Most importantly, to have fun and develop teamwork and good sportsmanship skills.

Fall Programs – Youth (2026-2027)

    Youth Program
    Includes: Evals/Workshops + ~13 practices + ~13 regular season games + ~2-5 tournament games = ~32 adult supervised hours
    – September – Evaluations
    – October – Regular season starts (Week 1)
    – December – Winter break (Week 9)
    – January – Photo Day
    – February/March – Cosom Selects, Tournament (Week 17)
    Includes: All equipment except for shin and knee paids (available for ~$40)

  • Important!

    Divisions may be combined or re-aligned by ages other than listed aboive to adjust for registration numbers.
    Exact game times to be released in September and are based on registration numbers and number of teams in division.

    Most importantly, players will have fun and develop teamwork and good sportsmanship skills.
    Open to 6-year-olds on a case-by-case basis.

  • Mites (ages 6 to 7)

    Players will be placed on teams with weekly games and practices
    At practice, players will work on stick/puck handling, passing and shotting along with scrimmages to learn rules and positions.
    Most importantly, players will have fun and develop teamwork and good sportsmanship skills
    Open to 5 years olds on a case-by-case basis
    Players can be added from Mini-Mites during the season on a case-by-case basis
     

  • Junior Squirts (ages 8-9)

    Junior Squirts Program (ages 8 – 9)
    Players will be placed on teams with weekly games and practices
    At practice, players will work on stick/puck handling, passing and shooting along with scrimmage to learn rules and positions.
    Most importantly, players will have fun and develop teamwork and good sportsmanship skills
    Players can be added from Mites during the season on a case-by-case basis

  • Senior Squirts (ages 10-11)

    Senior Squirts Program (ages 10 – 11)
    Players will be placed on teams with weekly games and practices
    At practice, players will work on stick/puck handling, passing and shooting along with scrimmage to learn rules and positions.
    Most importantly, players will have fun and develop teamwork and good sportsmanship skills
    Players can be added from Junior Squirts during the season on a case-by-case basis 

  • Peewee (ages 12-14)

    Peewee Program (ages 12 – 14)
    Players will be placed on teams with weekly games and practices
    At practice, players will work on stick/puck handling, passing and shooting along with scrimmage to learn rules and positions.
    Most importantly, players will have fun and develop teamwork and good sportsmanship skills
    Players can be added from Senior Squirts during the season on a case-by-case basis
     

  • Bantam (ages 15-18)

    Bantam Program (ages 15 – 18)
    Players will be placed on teams with weekly games and practices
    At practice, players will work on stick/puck handling, passing and shooting along with scrimmage to learn rules and positions.
    Most importantly, players will have fun and develop teamwork and good sportsmanship skills
    Players can be added from Peewee during the season on a case-by-case basis
