Delivers Formal Warnings, Suspensions, etc., records player Accumulation of Unsportsmanlike and Roughing Penalties, and forwards Appeals to the President. Head of the Disciplinary Committee.

Manages and organizes the distribution and return of all gear. Purchases new gear as required. Responsible for keeping the Equipment Locker organized and clean.

Responsible for equipment repair and keeping the Equipment Locker organized and clean. Oversees purchases, organization and distribution of jerseys and medals.

Manages player Evaluations including, recruiting volunteers and assigning jobs, and creating player scoring system. Head of the Evaluations Committee.

Liaises with City and School District contact to book all gyms for evaluations, referee training, practices and games (exhibition, season, and tournament). Coordinates and assigns coaches to practice gyms, manages cancellations and reassignments.

Recruits, assigns, and oversees all coaching operations, supports new coaches with detailed practice plans, conducts Mid-Season Coaches Evaluation, relieves coaches when necessary, and strengthens player development by attending practices.

Takes and posts all meeting minutes, organizes online records, creates league newsletter, and assists other Executive as required.

Collects, manages and analyzes data from registration system. Oversees banking including budgeting, financial reports, payments and e-transfers.
